By ordering from this website you agree that Artistic Signage is not for responsible for delivery times and delivery times are an estimate only - we cannot guarantee that it will arrive by a particular date as this is out of our control.  

Artistic Signage will not be held liable if a freight company does not deliver your parcel on time.  This should be taken up with the frieght company.  Once your parcel has left us, we cannot be responsible for frieght times.

We will send you all the tracking details once your order is complete and it will be up to you to track your delivery.

If an item is spelt incorrectly on your order form, and we have already made the item, the replacement will be paid by you. this includes not using capitol letters where required, Unless it is our mistake then we will replace item. if you don't like a letter in one of the fonts and we have already made the item, the item will be remade at your charge so look at each letter in the fonts section to be sure you are happy with the letters, Once the item is in your possession it is no longer our responsibility. we don't replace an item because you don't like the look of the letters, we have lots of examples available for you to look at, and all the fonts we do, so please take the time to choose, 

Some of the Scripts do Vary from what is on the script preveiwer this is due to us having to adjust some letters for free standing and some of the letters are lower case and we have changed them, All our signs are unpainted unless stated otherwise, sizes are approx, and can vary as they are customised to each order, All signs are made to order and are custom made we cannot guarantee they will match previous orders,
