Delivery Information Page
We ship our products through Couriers Please, Fastway, Star Track and Tnt.
All items are sent using a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Please ensure your address is displayed correctly on the order confirmation email you receive, if it is not please forward an email to us at [email protected] to have it changed. If your order has been sent to the wrong address, we will need to wait for the item to be returned to us and we will notify you once it is returned. You will need to cover the postage costs for it to be sent again.
Please note our couriers will require a physical address as they do not deliver to PO BOXES.
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email to advise your order has been placed successfully, the next time you will hear from us is when your order has shipped.
Selecting express as a postage option will not speed up processing times, only postage.
Express Post is usually received within 1-2 days depending on your location from VIC, 3037.
